Welcome to Madhav Jewellers. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website https://madhavjemsjewell.com, services, and products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms:

1. Product Information

We strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
Product images may slightly differ in color due to lighting or screen resolution.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted, so minor variations may occur.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept PhonePe, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (if enabled).
For PhonePe, payment is processed via a secure gateway and is encrypted end-to-end.
We are not responsible for failed transactions due to user error or connectivity issues.

3. Orders

An order confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
You may cancel an order only before it is shipped.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are 4–7 working days depending on the destination.
Shipping delays due to courier service issues or natural calamities are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (for PhonePe or UPI orders) are processed to the original source within 5–7 working days post-approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, and text are the property of Madhav Jewellers and may not be used without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved under Indian law.
