Shipping and Return Policy

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time.
1. Shipping Policy
We ship across India using trusted courier services.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your pin code.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000.
Tracking information is emailed/SMSed once the product is dispatched.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the packaging provided.
Once we inspect the returned product and approve it, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds for PhonePe/UPI orders will be credited to the same account in 5–7 working days.

4. Return Process
Email us at madhavjewell@gmail.com with order details and reason.
We’ll provide return instructions.
Courier the product back at your cost (unless defective).
We’ll verify and process refund/exchange.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If the payment was made via PhonePe/UPI, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
